I cannot add my credit card.
We apologize for the troubles you are experiencing. Please ensure that you are using the most recent and up to date version of the app. When inputting your postal code, please ensure that all letters are UPPERCASE and no spaces either.

Can I pay with my credit card and my gift card?
At this time, one method of payment is accepted per order.

What are the accepted methods of payment on the app?
We are pleased to inform you that we accept credit cards and gift cards. Most locations on the app also accept Visa or Mastercard debit cards as a method of payment on the app.

I cannot add my debit card.
Please make sure that you are using the most recent and up to date version of the app. When entering your debit information, please ensure that you are entering your name, card number, expiry, and CVV number all correctly. When inputting your postal code, please make sure that it is all UPPERCASE and with no spaces. Please make sure that the postal code entered matches the postal code used for your billing address with the associated bank.

How can I redeem my free Big Mary? (Offer discontinued as of July 7, 2022 – but Guests can still redeem)
To redeem your free Big Mary sandwich, simply add it to your cart from the menu.  The app will automatically apply the discount and your total amount should be $0.00.

How can I redeem an offer in My Rewards?
To redeem your offer, please activate the eligible item of your choice and select “Redeem” then ADD the eligible item from the Menu, customize as desired and add to cart. Your offer will be $0.00 at check-out.

Why is there a $0.50 charge on my account?
We apologize for the confusion, and we understand your concerns. This $0.50 is a confirmation of the valid card information you have inputted. This is a onetime charge. However, if payment information was entered more than once, there will be multiple charges. It is a temporary hold for 3-5 business days and will be released back to you.

Why didn’t I get my free Big Mary on my birthday?
The free birthday Big Mary promotion was discontinued December 31st, 2020. Please keep an eye on our app and other social media platforms for upcoming promotions.
